Marcus meets you with a dram and whisks you away to the “west is best” coast.  Your first dram can be either at the Clydeside Distillery or Auchentoshan Distillery.

Then via Loch Lomond on to Oban, we suggest you drop in for dramming at Oban Distillery or just wander around this lovely old seaside town.  Check into your hotel in an executive room with sea views – welcome to Oban the seafood capital of Scotland!  We’ll have reserved dinner for you, so enjoy.

This morning a glorious sail to the isle of Mull (45 mins), then up to the quaint wee town of Tobermory. Here you take a whisky tour at Tobermory Distillery then time for lunch in a local pub, great food and large portions. For those non drinkers, explore the harbour and lovely shops. If you wish, visit the 14th century Duart Castle, home of the Chief of  the Clan Maclean.  Return to Oban and overnight as above.

Tours need to be booked in advance, so enjoy working with us.

Alternatively visit Royal Lochnagar Distillery I was ther in July and really enjoyed my tour – see photos on the right. If you’re into history you may wish to go to Balmoral Castle, the Scottish home of our Royal Family. End the day in the pretty highland village of Ballater, in the centre of Royal Deeside.  Very unusual and a relaxing day after the whiskey.
