An Epic 10 Day Whisky Tour Just finished a wonderful tour with my new friends Ed and Dan from Wisconsin. The tour was delayed by 18 months for medical reasons but it was certainly worth waiting for. Marcus and I recently renewed our membership of the Scottish Malt Whisky Society. It’s a whisky club that started out in 1983 with a few friends in Edinburgh sharing single cask whisky and exploring the flavours. They are a global whisky club with over 41,000 members worldwide. We hope to be able to take guests to either Edinburgh (which is
