Marcus meets you and drives north, over the Forth Road Bridge, into Perthshire. Your first whisky tour can be at the Aberfeldy Distillery – (Dewars), they have a great bar and cafe. Then north to pop in to Dalwhinnie Distillery pairing chocolates with your scotch. Finally, check in to the hotel, the food is superb and they have a great whisky selection. OR head straight to Speyside, the decision is yours

Over the next couple of days there’s plenty of options, for distillery tours – Glenlivet, Cardhu, Macallan, Glenallachie, Aberlour (tasting only), Glenfiddich, Balvenie, Glen Grant, Speyburn, Benriach, Glen Moray, Benromach and something very different is the Blending Experience at Strathisla Distillery, where you create your own Chivas Blend.

This is why we customize our tours, chat to us about what can work for you.  Drop in dramming means purchasing drams to suit your taste and as many as you like! We also include a visit to The Speyside Cooperage to watch the casks being made and repaired.

Leaving the heart of scotch whisky country to the Victorian town of Pitlochry where you can enjoy lunch in an olde worlde pub. Then into Blair Atholl Distillery (Bells) to buy drams – their bar is made from an old mash tun. Alternatively, we can arrange a private tasting in Robertson’s whisky shop.  

Finally, one of our favourites, a range tasting  at Tullibardine Distillery – a French owned distillery experimenting with cognac, port and wine cask finishes. Very yummy!  Then to Edinburgh/Glasgow (probably a little bit tipsy) where Marcus leaves you.
